On Wednesday, February 21 the EPFC completed a milestone achievement to become Lancaster County’s only Type 2A Water Rescue team. After, two and a half years, the EPFC completed the final portion of the Pennsylvania Voluntary Rescue Service Recognition Program (VRSR) for water rescue.
