This morning, Ephrata Police Department requested our assistance at their station for several ducklings that had fallen into the drainage system

While this was not an emergency incident, it’s a perfect reminder that service comes in many forms and we’re always ready to help however we’re called. Whether it’s a person in need or a few precious ducklings needing rescued, Ephrata Pioneer Fire Company will be there.

These types of calls may be simple, but they’re also some of the most rewarding and honestly, a lot of fun to handle.
