| We remember those citizens who left home that morning and never returned. We remember the first responders who ran toward danger while others ran to safety. And we remember those who survived that day, only to lose their lives in the years that followed from illnesses tied to their service and sacrifice.
A quarter century has passed, but time does not diminish their courage, their sacrifice, or our responsibility to remember.
