Tuesday, June 1, 2010 Station 1-5 was dispatched for a dumpster fire at Redners Market on North Reading Rd. While units were responding Deputy and Assistant 1-5 were advised by Lancaster County Radio that there were also reports of a dumpster fire in the 300 block of Church St. Crews located the fire to be in the Ephrata Borough cardboard recycling dumpster. The fire was brought under control quickly and units returned to service.
